Payments are taken by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), which sells your order to you as our merchant of record.
Hi, we're Coco's Crafts. Thank you for making things with our designs! Here's what you get when you buy from the shop, and what you can do with it.
What you're buying
Everything in the shop is a digital download: printable PDF sheets of plate designs and decals, and 3D print files (STL) for plates, mugs, bowls and clay molds. Nothing is posted to you, and no physical items, paper or tools are included.
What you need: a device that can open ZIP and PDF files; for decals, a printer and waterslide decal paper made for your printer; for paper plates, plain printer paper; for 3D files, slicer software (such as Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or Cura) and a 3D printer, or a print shop or makerspace that can print them for you. Each product page lists the sizes and exactly what's in the download.
The 3D pictures in the shop are computer previews to help you choose, and photos of finished pieces are real samples. Your pieces will look a little different, depending on your printer, paper, clay and your own hands.
How the designs are made
We plan, prepare and test every collection for miniature crafting. The illustrations in our designs are created with AI tools under our creative direction, and every product page says how its artwork was made. The 3D models are designed for miniature crafting and tested before we sell them.
Prices and paying
- Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you may see your local currency and the exact amount before you pay. Any sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and you see the full total before you pay.
- Your order is sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. Link takes your payment on its secure page, works out and collects any tax, and sends your receipt. Link's purchase terms cover the payment; these terms and the licence below cover the files. We never see your card number.
- Your card or bank statement will show LINK.COM* COCOSCRAFTS (the exact wording can look a little different at some banks).
- The price you pay is the one shown on the secure payment page before you confirm. If we ever show a wrong price by mistake, we'll tell you and you can choose a refund.
Getting your files
As soon as your payment goes through, your order page opens with a download button for each file. We also email you a private link, so you can come back and download your files again later. If the email isn't in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Please keep that email, and please don't share the link: it's just for you. If you lose it, Find my order emails your links again. We keep download links working for at least two years after you buy, so please save copies of your files on your own device. If anything goes wrong with a download, here's how to get your files again.
The licence: personal use only
When you buy a design or a file, you get a licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial crafting. The designs and files stay the property of Durand's Designs (Coco's Crafts). Every download includes the full licence (LICENCE.pdf).
You're welcome to:
- Print the designs and 3D files for your own personal, non-commercial crafting
- Make miniatures for your own dollhouse, home and displays, or give finished pieces to family and friends as non-commercial gifts
- Share photos and videos of your own finished pieces (we'd love to see them!)
You may not:
- Sell, trade or rent finished items made with these designs or files. Selling finished items is not allowed.
- Use the designs, files or finished items for business, paid commissions, commercial production or print-on-demand services
- Share, sell, swap, give away, sublicense or pass on the digital files or printed design sheets
- Upload the designs or files to other websites, file-sharing services or groups
- Say the designs or files are your own work
The licence ends if it's broken, or if the payment for the order is refunded or reversed. If that happens, please delete the files and any printed design sheets you haven't used.
Selling things you make? Not with these designs or files: the licence is for personal use only. If you have a question about the licence, email sales@cocoscrafts.ca.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. But if anything is wrong with a file or an order, we'll fix it, replace it or refund it. Link, our merchant of record, can also refund an order within 60 days under its own refund policy, and customers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to cancel under Link's terms. None of this limits your rights under consumer law. Read the refund page for the details.
Making things safely
- Small parts: miniatures are tiny and can be a choking hazard. They are not toys. Keep them, and the cut-out decals, away from children under 3 and from pets.
- Not for food or drink: finished pieces are for decorative display only. Don't use them, or these decals, on real dishes, cups or anything that touches food or your mouth.
- Tools and materials: follow the safety instructions for your printer, slicer, resin or filament, clay, sealer, oven and craft knife. Bake clay only at the temperature its maker gives, with good ventilation, and cut away from your fingers.
- Children: crafting with kids is lovely, but an adult should handle the knives, ovens, 3D printers and sealers.
The legal bits
Our responsibility to you: we make the files carefully and describe them honestly. If a file is faulty or not as described, we'll fix it, replace it or refund it. We aren't responsible for results that depend on your printer, materials or settings, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have expected. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights under the consumer laws where you live.
Copyright concerns: if you think something in the shop uses your work without permission, email sales@cocoscrafts.ca with your name and contact details, the work you own, the product page, and a short explanation. We'll look into it promptly and take the product down while we check.
Who can buy: the shop is meant for adults. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian to buy for you.
Accessibility: if any part of the shop is hard to use, email us and we'll help you choose, buy and download another way. See our accessibility statement.
Law that applies: these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the place where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
Changes
We may update these terms now and then. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
